As we begin a new year, the members of the North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank the community for its overwhelming support throughout the years. We are fortunate to have many friends and neighbors who offer financial support year after year. Your donations are used to assist in the motivation and retention of our volunteers.

In 2017, the North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company responded to 857 fire calls (291 of these fire calls were motor vehicle accidents) and 2,468 ambulance calls, for a total of 3,325 calls for help. It also shows that the average daily response of our EMT's and Firefighters is over 9 calls a day.

In addition to our fire, rescue, and emergency responsibilities, we participate in a multitude of other community functions. Such activities include but no limited to local holiday and youth league parades, homecoming parade, sponsoring many different youth league teams, and supplying an ambulance crew for high school football games. We also provide scholarships for three exemplary seniors of each year's graduating class. The North Babylon Volunteer Fire Company takes extreme pride in our Fire Prevention and Education Program.
